Okay, so today in Maths my friends and I were having our usual discussion on crazy lists and the various ways you can abuse the system. (It should be briefly noted that all the lists were 1500 point lists). Various ideas were thrown around including 6 Land Raider Chaos Space Marines and a Space Marine list were everything starting on the table is armour value 13 or higher. While discussing ways to beat Hydra Flak tank spam (9 of them, 3 vendettas and some vets by the way) me and Luckless Xenos came up with a Farsight + deathrain list. Asked what we'd do against armour value 14 we just gave all the suits fusion blasters. It comes in at 1500 exact, see for yourself:

Farsight, 7 shas'vre with twin linked missile pod and fusion blaster = 625
Shas'el with twin linked missile pod and fusion blaster, 2 shas'vre with twin linked missile pod and fusion blaster = 210
3 deathrains with fusion blasters = 165
3 deathrains with fusion blasters = 165
3 deathrains with fusion blasters = 165
8 fire warriors = 80
9 fire warriors = 90
total =  1500
So it's very light on troops, but it kills space marine razorback spam quite well. I have no intentions of ever using this list but it does seem a crazy idea.
